Chef Kylie Jenner Teaches Us How to Cook as Well
If there were any talents that you thought our Kardashian sisters were hiding, you might have been correct. Though only the youngest of the siblings, Kylie Jenner seems to have understood that in order to really create for yourself the proper persona, you need to add a few things to your resume that one simply would not think of otherwise. This is where the word “chef” comes into play as the young model and beauty enthusiast delves into the world of food as well and brings to us a show calledCooking with Kylie. How is that for a special treat?
Kylie Jenner seems to really be a business mogul. Learning from her older Kardashian sisters, she has managed to use the reality show about the family to her advantage, amassing a large fan base and effectively becoming a role model to many. While she has often been criticized for her behavior and decisions, she has also begun trying to create a more positive atmosphere for herself to work in, while becoming more and more the kind of person we do want our children looking up to.
While we certainly do not want them to be obsessing over their sizes, we do know that food is a necessity in life and good food only helps improve one’s demeanor throughout the day. As such, a new cooking series by a young adult is terrific news, especially since she seems to be distancing herself from the rest of her family of late, while still celebrating their achievements, which can be seen from the images of her wearing a Yeezy sweatshirt.
The new project will effectively be a series of cooking shows available from her website that has been simply titledCooking with Kylieand will be available for her fans to learn from. The debut featured Kylie with her sous chef friend, making something rather interesting and quite different from your average cooking channel show, Kylies’ candied yams. Almost everything used is organic throughout, with ingredients such as maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and marshmallows coming into play. Add in some orange juice, brown sugar and the yams of course and cook it all together for something really tasty it appears. The show uses text bubbles to reiterate the instructions as well, making it accessible to the hearing impaired as well.
Kylie mentions that “cooking is very therapeutic” at one point and we are inclined to agree. It certainly allows you to do something almost mindlessly after a time, allowing your thoughts to focus and new ideas to take root. Her enthusiasm is also contagious, making the show easy to watch, while it quickly becomes apparent that all that she makes is greatly appreciated by those around her. Now we would like to try some of those sometimes very unhealthy dishes. Might make us fall in love with food all over again the way it stands.
